    Not 100% complete today :-( ..... Can I get credit for spending 5 hours with our 3-1/2 year old grandson! We had a GR8T day! :-)

    "Cowspiracy" is an excellent film! It gave me a new perspective on how what I eat effects the environment. I'm vegetarian, so I eat no meat or cow/dairy products but I do eat fish and a little sheep cheese. I will certainly consider moving to a vegan diet. I really appreciated having the opportunity to watch this film!

    I started working out every other day to get in practice for Oct. 14 thru 28 when I'll start working out EVERY day! It feels great to get started early...........
