Brigid Baumann 10/29/2016 10:32 AMMy motivation was that the challenge was a commitment of only two weeks. This enabled me to make a priority of the challenge each day of the two weeks. I was not 100% faithful, but better than before. Thanks. -

I very possible way to make it a habit, a lifelong habit. Thanks for the opportunity to really do something daily and not just think it is a good idea - for the future.
