Cheryl Bell 10/17/2016 10:20 PMI was a vegetarian until I was diagnosed with celiac disease 5 years ago. I am enjoying being meatless for 2 meals a day but surprised how having a restricted diet makes it a little more challenging. It's been great to have this conversation with my family and look for new GF and veggies options. -
