Some of these challenges I've been doing for years, including many I didn't list.  I've long been aware of the environment and our personal role in protecting it.  Must be my old Girl Scout training and my spiritual beliefs.  One room in my home, which I occupy nearly every day, has windows on three sides.  It allows me to feel I am outside even in the worst weather.  Nature keeps me grounded.
