    Was pretty good at avoiding refined sugars today while at school, however I'm really craving a Starbuck's coffee right now because I'm falling asleep and I need to stay awake for another four hours.

    It seems as though when you try to make diet changes, something gets thrown in your way to test you. For example, I chose to give up refined sugar for my challenge. The other day, I woke up to find that my mom had made chocolate chip waffles for breakfast.
