    Oh! I didn't do so well with the 15-min outdoor walks. Clearly that one is something I can work on going forward. However, remembering to turn off water during teeth brushing is a habit I've solidified! I thought I was pretty mindful about that to start with, but saw times when the water was running when it didn't need to be. Hooray!

    Hooray! It wasn't raining as much today, and there was a bit of sun as well. Lovely to smell the crisp air and admire the fall colors on campus. It felt lovely to stretch my legs, and I enjoyed not taking my phone with me.

    Although it wasn't a walk per-se, I spent at least 15 minutes outside marveling at nature as I prepped the house for this storm! Be safe folks!
