    I still had a few incandescent bulbs in the house, so I have changed those!  And, I found out that I can take them to Clark public Utilities when they burn out and exchange them for new ones!  Even more money saved!!

    I'm really bad about bumping up the thermostat, especially when I am cold.  I will keep the thermostat set where it is, and just move around more, or use it as an excuse to snuggle with my kids, husband, or the dog!!

    I used to do this until I had kids.  I will convert back to this practice, as the clothes still get clean!!

    Getting up at 5am every morning to exercise before work has been a challenge, but it is SO worth it!!  I'm losing weight and feeling better!

    I just started an exercise and diet plan that involves a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise a day and weekly meal planning!  I also need to be better about bringing a reusable water bottle to work, so I can incorporate more water into my diet and waste less!
