    acquired blue bins for the restrooms!  they will be added to the busiest restrooms by tomorrow!

    a bit sad the challenge is ending.  My challenge to everyone is to keep the habits you've gained by taking part in this challenge the last 2 weeks

    Had the idea of putting recycling bins in the restrooms, there are many times that recyclables that are tossed into the restroom trashcans.... working on getting those installed this week!

    Worked out 60 minutes last night and used no plastic or paper products, we even used cloth napkins at dinner!

    Read up on the what impacts the air in my area.  the Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency is an AWESOME resource for finding out about the air in the inland empire, pollution, asbestos (which I didn't know impacted our air)

    Went to the Mcellan conservation area for the first time.  Hiked for an hour and 45 minutes,

    Watched the documentry "The Food Chain" on netflix last night.  Very eye opening focus on the workers who pick the food.

    Made one very large zuchini into 4 loaves of bread, 2 dz muffins,and zucchini noodles for dinner!
