    I started today by taking my dogs to the dog park and playing Frisbee with them for about an hour and half while walking around the park. I plan on taking them at least 4 times a week for at least an hour. On the days I don't take them to the park, I will take them for a walk around the neighborhood. In addition to excising my dogs, I will also start a Jillian Michael's at-home work out program . Lastly, I plan on de-cluttering and cleaning out my closet and storage a little bit each day. Here we go, challenge accepted!
