Ashley Miller 10/24/2016 2:45 PMI've been meal planning and grocery shopping based off of the weekly menu for a few years now and I've found that not only does it save you from wasting food but it also makes it a lot easier throughout the week to come home from work and know what you are going to make. -
Ashley Miller 10/17/2016 3:36 PMI'm trying to be more mindful of the amount of disposable napkins/paper towels as well as plastic "snack" bags I use. I use re-usable containers for lunch/beverages but the amount of paper products I use on a daily basis could be reduced. Little things like only using 1 paper towel to dry your hands after washing them add up over time.
