Lisi Ott 10/25/2016 9:16 PMI am pleasantly surprised by how much I am doing that is contributing to a more sustainable future. Since I've already incorporated so much into my daily living habits I'm going to look for other ways I can continue to make more meaningful changes in my daily routines. -

Lisi Ott 10/23/2016 8:31 PMHad an amazing Mindful Meditaton practice with other people in our community this morning, followed by a long hike to celebrate me still being alive despite having been hit by a van 26 years ago today! This challenge is making me think about my impact; in the world in general and the effect I have on others I live with. It is good to be alive and aware. -

Lisi Ott 10/21/2016 4:52 PMI spent a LOT of time on the phone with Doctors today with very unsatisfactory results BUT I grabbed my journal and wrote down three things that I am grateful for and viola' my bad mood is GONE! THIS IS what the doctor SHOULD ORDER! ;o)

Lisi Ott 10/19/2016 2:03 PMHad to start late as I was out of town BUT now I'm home and doing it!! Here is me with my thermostat showing my house is at 65 which doesn't seem that cold until you know it is cold and raining outside! To survive I'm wearing my new alpaca hat and scarf!!
