I used to turn my laptop off whenever I wasn't using it when I first got it, but since I've been at college I just shut it.  Doing this challenge has really helped me realize how much energy I can easily save without even trying that hard.  However I would take very long hot showers, like 15-20 minutes, and taking 5 minute showers has been really difficult, but I've found a way to do it and now I'm used to it.
