Felica Sah 10/28/2016 11:48 AMHappy Friday, everyone! I am still working hard to stay consistent with my walking and water conservation. I definitely am looking forward to this weekend! -
Felica Sah 10/27/2016 11:55 AMI must say that the really great recipes that Linda has been sharing are healthy and tasty. I have been copying them and sharing them with a few of my good friends. They also serve as good, healthy snacks for kids too. So, on another note... this weekend I plan to donate some more items to Goodwill and also to a local homeless shelter. This is a good opportunity to reduce, reuse, and help others in the process. -
Felica Sah 10/26/2016 11:34 AMToday I am struggling a bit to stay positive and motivated. But, things are going alright. I want to stay focused on the positive and keep my goals in sight. I am happy to be a part of such a great team here!-
Robin Straughan 10/26/2016 4:06 PMI think you're doing fantastic! It's great to see all the things your tackling in this challenge. Don't worry if you can't do everything everyday. Even once a week is a great start. All the small impacts add up over time, especially if they can become habit.

Felica Sah 10/25/2016 9:49 AMI am doing pretty well on my goals. I am still conserving water and walking daily. I wanted to share another reduce and reuse opportunity that may be of interest for people that are remodeling or making significant changes to their homes. Habitat for Humanity has a restore home improvement outlet in Beaverton with a salvage service. It is a great way to help people in need. Feel free to email me if you want more details. Thanks!-
Jennifer Nelson 10/26/2016 4:18 PMOh I love that place... it is also a really good resource if you are into mixed media art or crafting!

Felica Sah 10/21/2016 10:09 AMThis weekend I plan on donating an old computer to a nonprofit called Free Geek (they take old tech / hardware, fix it up, and then donate to a local school). It is a great way to reduce, reuse, and help the community. -
Felica Sah 10/17/2016 1:39 PMI am still working on water conservation and avoiding the use of plastic water bottles. I also am continuing to focus on walking a minimum of 1 mile a day, instead of driving or commuting in a vehicle. Over this weekend I walked about 3 1/2 miles.-
Jennifer Nelson 10/19/2016 9:12 AMWOW. Great walking!

Felica Sah 9/28/2016 12:56 PMJust wanted to share this with everyone... one of my goals is water conservation. Jennifer Nelson offered a great suggestion of using low flow shower heads and leak detection kits. I am actually going to get a low flow shower head tonight after work. I am definitely focusing on different ways to control and steadily decrease the water consumption in my household. I am happy to make progress bit by bit. And, a special thanks to Jennifer!-
Jennifer Nelson 9/28/2016 5:09 PM*blush* Awww... you are welcome!

Felica Sah 9/23/2016 11:37 AMI am focused on walking at least one mile per day, and also water conservation. I need to get more consistent, but I am doing well. Keeping a positive attitude is key!-
Jennifer Nelson 9/26/2016 2:45 PMGreat choices! Do you have any good ideas for conserving water? I know Tualatin Valley Water District has a number of items like low flow shower heads and leak detection kits at the 170th Ave office in the lobby. If you'd like, I could pick some up for you on my way to the train!

Felica Sah 9/15/2016 1:09 PMI went to the store last night and bought a couple of low cost water containers that I can use instead of buying bottled water. I am really excited about my goal. I think that I can probably prevent using two to three bottled waters each day (I drink a lot of water). I am just getting started.-
Jennifer Nelson 9/15/2016 4:02 PMDid you know there is a water bottle filling station in PSB? A lot easier than using a water fountain!
