    Took a great lunch walk at Van Lake today. Beautiful...yep!

    Sunday my kids and I hiked trails that we had not hiked before at the CASSEE center.....lots of cool things for them to see (as well as mud)

    Being outside in nature is very important to our health so by committing to doing these activities everyday, I hope to lead by example that there IS time in our day for these important activities.
