Sammie Thompson 10/28/2016 9:12 AMI have enjoyed this challenge. It has allowed me to know that I do these things naturally on a daily basis, so in this regard it has been easy. Some of the other challenges I did not select reminds me I can do better in other areas, like outdoor activities, which I really want to do anyway, so this serves as inspiration to expand the areas of comfort zones into even more productive ones! Now what do these points count for? -
Sammie Thompson 10/14/2016 3:24 PMGreat. Except for the medical exams and plans, these are things I do on a daily basis, so it's easy to continue.
