I have enjoyed this challenge.  It has allowed me to know that I do these things naturally on a daily basis, so in this regard it has been easy.  Some of the other challenges I did not select reminds me I can do better in other areas, like outdoor activities, which I really want to do anyway, so this serves as inspiration to  expand the areas of comfort zones into even more productive ones!  Now what do these points count for?

Great.  Except for the medical exams and plans, these are things I do on a daily basis, so it's easy to continue.
