Grace Wilson-Woods 9/09/2016 6:15 PMThe changes I plan to make complement each other. I plan to reduce my screen time/TV time by 30 minutes and go for a walk, exercise or de-clutter my home. As I make the changes, I plan to use my reusable water bottle instead of disposables. Also, cooking for one, I will buy only what I need and plan for zero waste for my dinner meal.
