    It's amazing how ingrained certain behaviors are. I've done fairly well so far with minimizing unneeded car trips and eating a meatless meal each day, but I continue to be hit-and-miss with remembering to turn off the faucet when it doesn't need to be running.

    Turning off the PC and lights when I am away from a room has been easy to do.

    I have added two meatless meals to my weekly diet.  I now include either a fruit or vegetable with any snack during the day.
