Alex Mihm 10/20/2016 9:56 PMOkay, not at all related to my EcoChallenge, but here's some proof that Mother Earth wants us to reuse! -
Cheryl Bell 10/17/2016 10:20 PMI was a vegetarian until I was diagnosed with celiac disease 5 years ago. I am enjoying being meatless for 2 meals a day but surprised how having a restricted diet makes it a little more challenging. It's been great to have this conversation with my family and look for new GF and veggies options. -
Kayla Scheafer 10/17/2016 2:58 PMWell I'm finding that what I thought would be the hardest task is actually the easiest. Going meatless for one meal is pretty easy and I find myself really thinking about what I'm going to eat instead of being mindless. The rain had deterred me from walking outside which was my plan. new plan of stretching/yoga when I can't swim. Habits are hard to break with the screen time; easier said than done when I want to tune out an d catch up on Netflix. -
Cheryl Bell 10/14/2016 10:21 PMSo fun to walk in the rain tonigh! Great way to start the challenge. -
