Atlas Turner 10/26/2016 10:40 AMSending emails everyday doesn't make all that much sense, mostly because the people I'd like to thank respond to texts or phone calls much faster than email. So I've taken this challenge to multimedia mode. I've been nominated for the ACT Transforming Lives Award, so I have a lot of people to thank nowadays. -
Atlas Turner 10/26/2016 10:33 AMI have the best girlfriend around who cooks me meals before, and after school. We've spent more time eating in front of the fireplace, and less time eating in front of our devices. -
Atlas Turner 10/26/2016 10:31 AMI'm dehydrated nearly every time I forget a water bottle at home, but luckily for me I've left two cups in my office that I can return to whenever I need a pick me up. Atlas Turner 10/19/2016 10:50 AMI have reusable cups stationed in my office so that I can responsibly consume water, and coffee -
Atlas Turner 10/19/2016 10:40 AMEating mindfully is always a challenge when I am on the go. I am constantly scheduling breaks where I do nothing but focus on my meal. Getting out of the mindset of multitasking is a big win. -
Atlas Turner 10/19/2016 10:37 AMHonestly beginning to see all the areas of life that go without complimenting. My overall mood has improved since implementing this challenge. -
Troy Enright 10/17/2016 12:03 PMIt's only 20 minutes but making time consistently to exercise is more challenging now than I thought it would be, but I always feel better when I'm done.
