Off to enjoy what may be the last weekend sunshine for months. Will be heading to the zoo to check out the new elephant habitat and my partner is my 3.5 yr old grandson. Will be so great for him to experience the zoo for the first time

I used to do a gratitude practice a few years ago. I appreciate having to take time at the beginning or end of the day to think of the positive things in my life. With all the BS in the media and the meanness in the world it's nice to be able to reflect on the good things.

That is a really good reminder about gratitude, Nicole.  Thank you.
