I will engage in nature-based activities with my kid(s) for 15 minute(s) each day. (This can be anything from going on a walk or hike, to noticing the leaves changing color, to reading a book with nature themes.)
I learned that I have a lot of room for improvement in my typical food choices. The challenge taught me to explore the whole grain bulk section at the grocery store. I discovered that a combination of amaranth, millet, and quinoa is pretty tasty! I also learned that social media adds very little value to my life.
I learned that remembering to log in daily was a bigger challenge than actually doing many of my actual challenges. That's mostly good news - many of these are now habits. There's always room to improve, but part of life balance for me now means easing back from self-improvement and enjoying my life.
