Joe Abraham 10/19/2016 2:41 PMI am psyched to see so many people at Willamette challenging themselves! Nice work everyone. I am appreciating the extra 30 minutes of sleep by going to bed a little earlier but also find the three meatless meals a day challenge harder than I thought to pull off. I'm not a big meat eater by any means but realizing that I was bringing my whole family along in this challenge since I do most of the meal cooking in the house.
