Natalie Ballard Strauhal 10/27/2016 9:48 AMBiking this morning wasn't convenient, but I did it! I keep reminding myself how many benefits there are to biking every time I go up a hill: the environment, health, saving wear and tear on the car, saving money for gas, setting a good example to Desmond and my students, and feeling good about myself--and measuring up to my husband just a small bit! :)
