Meredith Batten 10/23/2016 4:06 PMThe challenge is going well so far, however it is more difficult than I thought it would be. The challenge to eat meals without being distracted is very hard for me because I am a person who likes to multitask. I keep having to remind myself to put down my homework or whatever else I am focused on and just eat. Also the five minute shower can be difficult on the days when I deep condition my hair (which is a three minute process). Overall, the longer I have done these things the easier it is to remember. I feel like I am forming new habits and I am more conscious of how environmentally friendly my actions are.
