    I thought that I would be farther along with my actions, but it is hard to eat my meals without distractions and only purchase what I need.  Its time for me to make some progress!

    Even as someone who works in the Sustainability arena, there are definitely things that I need to improve upon.  I am going to be mindful of my health and my environment impacts during this 2-week challenge and will also be challenging my husband to do the same!
