The Worm Bin class was very educational today.  Thanks for teaching it Gregg!

This is week number two of planning our weekly meals and doing grocery shopping on Sunday to buy only the things we need. Hopefully this is something we can sustain beyond these two weeks!

I have realized through this challenge that it can be really hard to break habits that I have, however, I have been made more aware of them over this last week and I am working to change them.
As silly as it may sound, I have started setting a timer when I shower to be sure that I don't take showers more than 5 minutes.  It has worked out great for me!

I am looking forward to participating in this challenge because it will motivate me to make changes that I have been meaning to make for a while now, the biggest one being meal planning!  I always have intentions to do this, but I never sit down to actually do it.
