During the Eco Challenge, I purchased some apples and veggies from a farmer's market in downtown Vancouver. It felt good to buy directly from the farm that grew the produce.

This Eco Challenge reminded me how important it is to make time for daily exercise. When I'm busy, it's easy to skip exercising. I enjoyed my daily Eco Challenge walk!

Lots of mushrooms in the park - we didn't pick them - I like to pick mushrooms at Whole Foods.

My son and I both chose the 20 minute daily walk as one of our Eco Challenges. Walking with a family member or friend is a great way to catch up and get some exercise!
