    I challenged myself to go on a 10 minute walk outside every day that wasn't school related. I found it difficult at first to make time to go on a walk, but once i started doing it every day, it became much easier. I started looking forward to going on my walk that day because I found it to be a good time to relax about whatever stress I had and was able to reflect on my day.
