    I am really enjoying the break I am taking from social media! I've been successful in checking my personal Facebook just one time per day for the last three days.

    I've eaten all home cooked meals with zero processed foods over the last 4 days. Feeling good! One of my other commitments is to limit my social media use to once per day. I've not met this challenge yet, but I'm on track for today!
