Got 9 hrs of sleep last night and somehow that is suppose to help the environment.  I guess its one less our that I am out and about giving the earth hell.

Someone recently told me "Going to bed early, is the new sleeping in".  Brilliant concept.  This whole not setting an alarm clock has been working great, except for days where I wake up late for work.  Felt great either way.

Not making Much progress with one of my challenges thinking about dropping it and picking up another one.  Thought?  Super proud of our team they are doing really well.

Cant believe there is only five days left of the eco-challenge.  I wish it were a few weeks longer so these actions could actually develop into habits.  Two weeks just isnt long enough.  Maybe they could try a three week format next year.  Just a thought.

I am going to try to do a one-time challenge this weekend.  Any suggestions?

Challenge is going good.  Still having difficulty fitting in my daily exercise challenge.  Does playing guitar for 2 hrs count as exercise?

Had a pear for dessert last night, instead of my causal bowl of ice cream.  Just as satisfying.  Not setting an alarm in the morning has also helped me get an extra hour of sleep each evening.

My downstairs neighbor  made it tough for me to achieve my sleep goal last night, by blasting techo music from 1:00am - 3:00am.  Good thing I got to bed earlier than usual.

Challenge is going good.  I feel so much better in the morning after going to bed earlier.  It makes me feel more alert and ready to take on the day.  Eating fruits for dessert as also been a nice change to things.  A ripe pear or apple is just the thing to cut the savoriness after dinner.
