    Oregon residents trying to save water or get rid of incandescent bulbs can get free LED bulbs and water saving shower heads  at the website below.   Don't be shy about asking for these, you already paid for them by making monthly contribution to ETO through your energy bills.  You can even get them to send you LED's to replace the CFD's they sent you in a previous energy saving package. You may have to call in rather than use their web application.
