Katherine Carr 10/14/2016 7:59 AMGood morning! Happy beginning of the Eco-Challenge!!!! I'm starting off with my 3 daily challenges: keep all my non-recyclable waste for 2 weeks, take 5 minute showers (save 20 gallons of water), and eat my meals with no distractions (no phone, computer, TV, work). I have to say the last one is the biggest challenge. Technology addictions are hard to break! -
