Whitney Clark 10/25/2016 9:30 PMToday I went on a short hike with some friends visiting. We found so much left over debris and garbage, we ended up packing out a paper bag full of garbage, which we conveniently found the bag at the edge of the lake, which was the destination of our hike. I always enjoy getting out with like minded individuals who are willing to pick up after others, even if it means getting dirty.-
Kim Smith 10/26/2016 2:23 AMOh, dear. That is disappointing that you found so much debris. However, I am really proud of you for picking it up!

Whitney Clark 10/18/2016 7:39 PMAt first I found this challenge hard because my work is very distracting and can easily make a lunch break feel like working through your lunch. Since starting this challenge, I was able to zone out my phone after a couple days and focus more on my meal, and what I was eating. It really made me realize how fast I normally eat and how much I was consuming because I was eating while distracted. -
Whitney Clark 10/18/2016 7:37 PMI have been walking on my lunch breaks to incorporate more physical activity. Today I walked a mile to grab lunch and a mile back to work. Although it wasn't the most scenic, it allowed me to spend extra time listening to music. -
Whitney Clark 10/18/2016 7:35 PMI went on a hike to a look out point here in town, It was well over 30 minutes. But I am hoping to repeat the same hike at sunset tomorrow, It was really beautiful. I am located in South Lake Tahoe as a remote student of PCC. I just moved here and have been using this challenge to seek new spots to hike. If anyone finds themselves in Tahoe, I highly recommend Echo summit.
