Natalie Coffman 10/20/2016 4:16 PMEven though it's been raining, I've been trying to get outside. I also did some ashtanga yoga today inside, but with big windows so I could look out on the rain and trees. I'm still trying to declutter my house and not buy things I don't absolutely need, which is sort of working. I did buy a couple things I didn't absolutely need for survival (some new fall clothes and a couple of lipsticks) and I am pretty sure they were not locally or sustain ably made. -
Natalie Coffman 10/19/2016 9:16 AMThe challenges I've set up for myself are relatively simple, but things I feel keep me connected cause other positive lifestyle changes. Keeping myself active and eating outside both make me feel more connected to the world. Currently, I am working on simplifying my material possessions to items I really need while donating/recycling the rest in an effort to make sure I only buy things I really need. I've found that a lot of the things I think I need to replace actually just need to be repaired and are still usable.
