    This has been fun!  Nice to get the daily reminders to stay on track.

    Made pasta sauce without any meat and it turned out lovely!  Even threw in kale to boost the nutrition.  Also pushed myself to bike to/from work instead of driving to get in my exercise.  Still a bit unnerving with traffic, but I think I'm getting more used to it.
