ruth conrad 10/26/2016 2:33 PMMy favorite challenge is cooking a meal with zero waste. For example, I grew a pumpkin, scooped out the insides, baked the pumpkin and used it for various foods, then roasted the seeds and ate them for snacks and composted the skin and stringy parts. No waste!
