Day 15! I hope to have made some changes permanently - I'll be continuing to challenge myself on these tasks.  Wish me luck!

I've modified my snacks to choose those that use less packaging.  There are a few challenge goals that have been tougher than I expected them to be (getting outside this time of year in Michigan is not always pleasant), but I'm making some good changes.

There are items I am good at while at work, but forget about during the weekends.  My goal is to incorporate at least two of those items into my weekends going forward.

And that's okay!  You have the ability to go back and record actions from previous days if you can't get to recording every day.  It's more about creating new habits!
