Marlene Dellsy 10/27/2016 9:50 AMWas hard not to watch the Cubs in the World Series which was on the TV while I was eating. But at least I did not read which is my usual challenge as the TV would not be normally turned on at this time. Go Cubs! -

So although I wasn't watching it, I could hear it and could not help but see it fleetingly. But at least I still did not read while eating..... -
Marlene Dellsy 10/19/2016 3:09 PMHaven't read the paper while eating which was my biggest distraction. Trying to experience the food via smell more and savor it.Can't say I'm eating mindfully quite yet as I still eat too fast. Working on slowing it down. -
Marlene Dellsy 10/17/2016 8:41 AMSo far, have not read or watched TV during eating since the challenge began. Some days better than others with the de-cluttering but did major work yesterday and hope to continue at least a little bit everyday and get into the habit.
