Some tasks I was more successful at than others. The tasks where I improved upon an already established routine where more successful than establishing a new habit. For a portion of the challenge I was traveling which made it difficult to fulfill some of my daily tasks. I think the challenge should be longer to allow for more time to establish a new routine. -
Karin Dietz 10/11/2016 1:08 PMThe challenge of carrying all of the trash I produce throughout the day was very thought provoking. I don't think this challenge is for me yet, but is an admirable goal to achieve for a challenge in 2017. I will be conscious of the trash I produce over the next few weeks and think about what I buy/throw away.
