Sean Dixon 9/01/2016 11:31 AMI wanted to try "Eating Mindfully", but that required all meals to be eaten without distractions. I can't even imagine that at this point. So I'm choosing "Less Screen Time" and will try to eat dinner every night without any reading anything in any format. It's gonna be hard.
