This is the non-profit I have connected with. All donations to this charity fund the HALO Bukesa Children’s Home in Kampala, Uganda. In addition, HALO Portland partners with local non-profits to empower youth in need by providing character-building art workshops, which allows children from impoverished backgrounds to express themselves and develop goals for their lives. -
Anthony Doris 10/14/2016 4:30 PMI have been waiting for this to start so I could do ten in one day. It's easier when you live on a farm and help a cooperative already. Hope the plants are enjoying my new composting kick. -
Anthony Doris 9/27/2016 11:49 AMThis challenge has opened my eyes to the wasteful things that I do everyday and how multiple miniscule changes can create large impact on the environment and influence those around me. It has also reminded me to be outside and without a purpose other than being in that space.
