We use the Cor Wi-Fi thermostat made by Carrier at our home. With Cor thermostats home owners saved an average of 20% on their heating and cooling energy costs.* Features like smart setback let the thermostat intelligently adapt beyond manual programming for greater efficiency while keeping you comfortable. Monthly energy reports help you understand your system’s performance, allowing you to modify settings to maximize savings.
*Based on a 2012 third-party study comparing Carrier® Cor™ technology to the estimated cost of a non-programmable thermostat set to 72°F at all times.

My family focuses on providing native plant material with fruit to feed native bird species. We use absolutely zero fertilizer / chemicals for our landscape to support ground organisms that further support / feed native bird species.

My family provides homes for mason bees. Almost no one knows there are actually numerous native North American bees that are very skilled at pollination. Native bees did 100% of the bee pollination before honey bees arrived. You may be even more surprised to know they are the more efficient pollinator for native plants.
