Sarah Dossey 10/14/2016 4:08 PMSo many of the challenges are items that I already incorporate into my life -- it's so hard to find things to do! I know I should have taken a transportation challenge, since that's my weakness... but I have been slipping with simple things like turning off lights, so taking another look at my own actions is something I need to do right now. Am I keeping up with my old goals? Am I thinking too highly of myself as a tree hugger? Am I actually doing what I say I do? Having the knowledge to know where my electricity and water is coming from is important -- as is knowing the technology behind it. -
Sarah Dossey 8/28/2016 4:41 PMI know it's silly, but I'm really scared of taking the "public transportation" challenge. At this point in time, I need to be able to make it home as soon as possible if there is a family emergency and our town's bus system make a 20-40 min. loop. That's about 10-30 minutes slower than what I can get driving. If there are times when I don't have that time issue, I'll definitely try out the bus, though!
