Dylan Dutra 10/28/2016 3:34 PMWish I had checked in more from the beginning. This has been a great way to motivate myself to think consciously. I've cooked two meals today so far, and neither contained meat, and I haven't eaten out in a few days (a minor accomplishment, but I want to try to keep it going). -
Dylan Dutra 10/27/2016 5:38 PMLast post for the day, considering I haven't been posting all challenge-long.
My roommate and I took a walk around the neighborhood this morning and found this awesome little market with fresh and local produce. Picked up some veggies and now have a new favorite spot to shop.
It was near the Jam breakfast spot on Hawthorne. -

But seriously, no one should be eating Oreos on a daily basis. How did I live like that? -
Dylan Dutra 10/27/2016 5:31 PMI have a small workout routine that I've been pretty lax on for months now, skipping many days at a time. During EcoChallenge I've made sure to get it done every day, and I've noticed that I feel a bit more motivated. Pushing through the "I'm tired and don't really want to do this" moments were reminders that I'm never too tired to make a positive difference in my life, and I should extend that to the outside world.
