    This was an interesting challenge.  I must continue to work on food goal as I still have to force myself to each more fruits and veggies.  Now if I could only keep it up not only through the week but on weekends I would be very happy.  I am going to try!

    I realize I really need to be more aware of my food choices on the weekends.  Will continue to work on that even after the challenge.

    My husband does all the cooking and I asked him to increase the vegetables we have at dinner.  He is starting to do it without me asking so there is hope we will continue this after the challenge.

    This challenge is a lot harder to achieve each day!  It is a real eye opener for me.

    The challenge began while I was on vacation.  I surprised myself on Friday by meeting the challenge.  I traveled home on Saturday and came close to meeting the challenge and on Sunday, I missed the mark completely.  I have stocked up on produce and should do better now that I am back to my normal routine.  I sure hope so!
