Linda Ehry 10/20/2016 2:03 PMI am LOVING this! It keeps me motivated and accountable! I have been walking down the 5 flights of steps and then back up them, and/or walking down the step and then up to the 6ht floor of the parking garage. It's so nice in the early evening to be in the covered garage walking and hear the ran! Very refreshing and the same energy as a cup of coffee! -
Linda Ehry 10/14/2016 2:59 PMI am so excited to see the other challenge ideas this year! I am choosing to walk each day. I need to just get away from my desk twice a day and get some fresh air. I read a 10 minute walk will give you the same energy as a cup of coffee, and I need to get off coffee. We'll see! -
