At the beginning i didn't know how I was going to be able to find time to walk 30 minutes every day, eat healthy, go to school full time, and work; but once I started finding the time I felt happier cause I wasn't putting junk food in my body and got time to exercise and enjoy a little piece of mind with nature everyday. Definitely one of the best challenges I have ever done.

When I went to the peoples co-op the other day and the cashier asked me paper or plastic and i said neither, since i have a reusable grocery bag. They said awesome and handed me a bean. I was totally thrown off when the lady handed me a bean. I asked her what is this and she said every time someone uses a reusable bag the store donates the cost of a paper or plastic bag to a charity. Super cool!

So for the past week I have been eating organically and been shopping at the peoples co-op for my grocery and was surprised at how many variety of foods could be made organically. Even though some of the products are slightly higher than at a regular grocery store its totally worth it and am going to continue eating organically after this challenge.
