    Tried a new recipe - and discovered a new mixed spice called Baharat - took a while to make, but now have a jar full to keep me going the next few months.  Good with roasted vegetables.

    Two completely new recipes with organic produce bought at a local farmshop and only waste being vegetable peelings.
