    Last day!! I've saved over 100 gallons of water and ate over 15 meatless meals during the challenge!  Great challenge Skyscraper Squad, and let's beat the DC office!

    The EcoChallenge has motivated me to eat more vegetarian meals!  I believe I've eaten at least 15 meatless meals since the challenge began.
