    Taking short showers helps me manage my time and on top of that I'm saving a lot of water!!

    I took a walk this morning to work and it really woke me up, so that I could concentrate on my job.

    Eating my food without any distractions has really helped me. It's better to concentrate what you're eating because our food can digest better.

    I think that powering down your computer is an easy thing to do and it can save you a lot of money over time. I will continue to do this challenge on a day to day basis.

      Powering down is a relatively new one for me, too.

    I have realized that by doing this I can save a lot of money and energy throughout the year. Doing little things like turning off your devices and computers when you're not using them can really help the environment, whether its something little. Everything counts!
